Unrated is not TBD: Songbai 16 still requires four real players and does not accept TBD. Team aggregate, applicable individual caps, and age requirements still apply. Open DUPR 18+ has no individual rating cap; its team aggregate limit is 18.300. Rated players must use actual ratings and, in 14, 16, and 18+, provide a DUPR ID or profile link.

Payment locks a snapshot of known players' submitted ratings or event eligibility values. TBD slots have no rating; final roster eligibility remains pending completion. Replacements must pass revalidation before saving: rated players use current actual DUPR ratings; unrated players may supply an expected value, or use 3.000 if blank, then a new snapshot is saved. Expected and 3.000 event values are not official DUPR ratings.
