Voluntary cancellation
团队在2026年10月23日太平洋时间晚上11:59前提出取消，可退还报名费，但支付处理费始终不退。截止后自愿取消不退款。取消须由队长从已验证邮箱提出，退款只退回原支付方式。
A team that requests cancellation by October 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific receives the registration fee less nonrefundable payment-processing fees. No voluntary-cancellation refund is available after that deadline. The verified captain must request cancellation, and refunds return only to the original payment method.
主办方取消
Organizer cancellation
若主办方取消整场赛事，将退还报名费并扣除支付服务商无法退还的处理费。主办方将通过队长邮箱通知，并使用原支付服务商办理退款。
If the organizer cancels the event, the registration fee is refunded less nonrefundable provider processing fees. The organizer will notify captains by email and process refunds through the original provider.
组别合并
Division merger
组别合并不改变报名价格。合并通知仅作信息告知，不需要队长确认。拒绝参加合并后的组别不会产生额外退款权。合并本身不构成主办方取消赛事。
A division merger does not change the registration price. Merger notices are informational and require no acknowledgment. Declining a merged division creates no additional refund right. A merger is not an organizer cancellation of the event.
处理费、部分退款与争议
Fees, partial refunds, and disputes
报名显示价格包含支付处理费，主办方在正常交易中承担该费用；但发生退款时，支付服务商不返还的处理费将从退款额扣除。服务商支持时，可进行全额或部分退款。若对交易有疑问，请先联系赛事管理员。付款争议可能暂停或取消报名席位，直至支付服务商完成审查。
Displayed team pricing includes processing fees, which the organizer absorbs for completed registrations. On refund, any fee the provider does not return is deducted. Full or partial provider-supported refunds may be issued. Contact the organizer before initiating a dispute. A dispute may suspend or cancel the team place while the provider reviews it.
退款处理与确认
Processing and confirmation
管理员不能手动把未付款交易改为已付款。退款由Stripe或PayPal原交易发起，状态会记录为已退款或部分退款，并向队长发送确认。银行或钱包显示到账时间由支付服务商和金融机构决定。
Administrators cannot manually convert an unpaid transaction to paid. Refunds originate from the original Stripe or PayPal transaction, are recorded as refunded or partially refunded, and generate a captain email. Posting time depends on the provider and financial institution.
